Hands-on somatic-emotional release work for faster, healthier change.
I'm a somatic-emotional therapist and holistic health educator, trained in meditation by Deepak Chopra and in The Listening Hand technique by Ilana Rubenfeld, the creator of The Rubenfeld Synergy Method® for somatic-emotional release. I am also a critical theorist and author trained to see connections between bodies, culture, politics and the environment. Using empathetic touch and heartfelt conversation, I help clients tune into the crosstalk of gut intuition, raw emotion and enlightened observation to release stuck patterns and come home to their Core Self.
If you're seeking to transform ingrained habits, outdated thought patterns, and stuck emotions that you recognize as unhealthy, you're in the right place. Bring these concerns to the table, and we'll engage in empathetic, touch-based discussions to delve deep into your feelings with emotional honesty. Leveraging the mindbody connection, I facilitate somatic-emotional release, allowing you to process past traumas and patterns to cultivate a healthier bodymindset. This transformational work supports holistic health, harmonious moods, and a deeper sense of heartfelt connection with people in your life.
