
Embodied Therapy Session
1-hour. 1-on-1 table session. $150
Experienced in a deep state of relaxation in some of the lower brain wave frequencies. You’ll lie down on the table and follow your breathing and gentle listening touch into the interoceptive world beneath your skin. From this deep resting state of embodied consciousness, we’ll listen to the crosstalk between your gut intuition, your feeling heart, your body and your mind to hear what those parts of you need to feel more at home in your Core Self. Somatic-emotional release and integration sessions are calming and restorative, providing insights that are clear and actionable.
Personalized Self-Care Plan
In person, Facetime or Zoom. $450
Together we design a Self-Care Plan to help you reduce your risk of chronic illness and unhappiness. I’ll help you set realistic, incremental milestones for achieving holistic health goals to improve your moods, mental focus and physical wellbeing. You will assess your family history of chronic illnesses, self-care skills and psycho-emotional blockages to map out a plan for healthy change. We start with a 1-hour session, follow up with a second session one week later, and end with a third session a week after that with emails and texts in between for supportive coaching to get you started making healthy changes that last.
